Buggy Boot Camp provides moms with a stroller fitness routine: improving overall body strength, focusing on core and pelvic floor stability, and transforming post-baby bodies! All instructors are Strollercize certified.

PILOXING is a challenging combination of pilates and boxing. The class consists of fat torching, muscle sculpting, and core-centric interval routines. Members are encouraged to bring light weights, Piloxing weighted gloves and water to each session. All instructors are Piloxing certified in 2012.
BOOTY BOOT CAMP works the lower body and core stabilizing muscles for a fun, strength training workouts. Members are encouraged to bring light weights, mat and water to each session. All instructors are certified personal trainers.
POWER SCULPT works out the entire body with light weights and body weighted exercises. Each class focuses on the upper, middle, and lower body with strength and plyometric exercises. Members are encouraged to bring light weights, mat and water to each session. All instructors are certified personal trainers.
ZUMBA is a latin-inspired, calorie burning fitness program. Join your friends in our creative, outdoor dance party! Members are encouraged to bring water to each session. All instructors are Zumba Certified.
RETROBICS is an 80′s and 90′s inspired choreographed workout to make you lunge, dip, and jump your way into a B Fit Body!
CARDIO BELLY DANCING is a sweat and shake rhythmic workout to tone your upper body and melt your midsection.
